Heidi Solomon is the coordinator of the Horvitz YouthAbility program at the Jewish Family Service Association in Cleveland, Ohio in the United States.  She has a masters degree in special education.  She received her most valuable training during her year of volunteer service at Yemin Orde Youth Aliyah village in Israel in 1993-94.
